As the old saying goes “they just don’t write em like that anymore!” Timeless classic and even though I’m a drummer, I play a little piano and find myself sitting at my piano playing this song and takes me back to my childhood days. A genius of a songwriter, Todd Rundgren. Thanks for sharing. Cheers

Cool! And I mean it! So much stuff that I missed 60 years ago. I remember Todd Rundgren being popular, but for some reason, I wrote him off as a *ahem* "Ping-Twang Hair Band in Pain over Everything" kinda guy, with too much feedback and reverb. Now I take that all back! That was a really fine performance! I don't remember the Hello People at all, and would have loved their sound and message too!

A TRUE STAR' Album - He was in Love with Patty Smith and she broke his heart...and "A WiZARD...' was his way of Dealing with his heartache.
